My Fave Four Backpacks!

I'm back from a long break with my latest post all about backpacks! I made the switch from shoulder bags to backpacks a few years ago and have been in love ever since. I love being completely hands-free and my shoulders don't hurt in the way they used to when I lugged around a shoulder bag.

There are a ton of great backpack options on the market these days as backpacks have gone from school kid style to working professional chic. Here are my fave four backpacks for carrying my items in style no matter where I'm going:

My floral Eldi backpack by Vince Camuto is my newest addition to my backpack collection but it's earned a spot in the favorites already. It's the largest one that I own but it still manages to retain a slim enough profile to not be too overwhelming. It's got plenty of storage pockets and even a zipped back pocket for storing a laptop or iPad. Plus, the design is colorful and playful enough to make it a really fun accessory on top of being so useful.

Speaking of floral - this Watson Lane Hartley floral backpack by Kate Spade really got me into the idea of having a non-traditional backpack. I wear tons of basic clothing so a fun accessory helps bring everything to life. This backpack looks pretty small but it stores quite a bit of stuff and never ever feels heavy even when I stuff it to the brim.

This is the backpack that started it all for me - my Michael Kors large Rhea backpack (I can't located the studded version, sadly.) I love the studded detail and it's aged pretty well - while I normally would hate to see scuffs on the gold hardware I actually think it adds to this super cool but tough look of the bag. It's super roomy but never looks bulky.

Finally, the most classic backpack that I own and easily the most professional and versatile - my Voyageur Halle backpack by Tumi, the classic luggage brand. It's deceptively roomy, easy to care for and is a great backpack for anyone who's worried that they don't look pulled together. This is the bag for every day of the week and I really enjoy using it!
