Quick Take: Nighttime Makeup Look + First Impressions

My favorite part of any night out is getting ready. I love playing with makeup and getting glam, which I normally don't do. I love how this came out! I also tried out a few new products that I instantly fell in love with, so I'll share my thoughts on them as well!

Face:

• Guerlain Meteorites Base Perfecting Pearls: I loved using this primer! Yes, it's pricey as hell and I think it'll get relegated to special nights out, but I appreciate how it made my skin healthy and glowing.
• Diorskin Airflash Spray Foundation: I've long been tempted to try this foundation but always worried it would be messy since it's an aerosol can. But spray a fine mist onto your foundation brush to get over the messy fears. The foundation does remain a little tacky until set with powder, and do note that it oxidizes a bit, which my sales associate did warn me about. Still, it was a great color match (I purchased shade 400) that gave me a flawless, full coverage finish without looking or feeling heavy.
• Diorskin Flash Luminizer Radiance Booster Pen: My sales associate totally sold me on this one and I super loved her review of it. This concealer is very much like YSL's cult favorite Touche Eclat highlighting pen but provides more coverage to be able to be worn as a concealer. I picked up shade 30 which had enough of a peachy undertone to cancel out darkness while also giving me great coverage in a super light, cooling formula.
• Diorskin Nude Air Powder in shade 030
• Diorskin Forever & Ever Control Loose Powder: This sucker sure did lock in my makeup and made sure nothing moved, but be forewarned - it sets into an extremely matte hold that I had to bring back to life with a spray. I'll continue to use it for longevity and hack it to make it work for my own makeup style, which is a little more natural and blended.
• Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Under Eye Powder (baked under eye)
• Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer in Luminous Bronze Light
• Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Incandescent Electra
• Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder in Highlight 01
• Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water (used as setting spray)

Lips:

• Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Lip Liner in 69
• Urban Decay Matte Revolution Lipstick in Matte Bad Blood
• MAC Cosmetics Viva Glam 1 Lipglass (discontinued)

Eyes/Brows:
