Sundays are my beauty days, and I turn my home into a spa. My ritual starts with doing a facial, deep conditioning my hair, and ending it with the best part: painting my nails. Before I end my beauty day, I thought I'd share the tools that make my home manicure look professional. Cuticle Care I love using Josie Maran's 100% Pure Argan Oil Light as a moisturizer to soften up my cuticles. I'll then use my Sephora metal cuticle pusher (similar available here ) to gently push my cuticles back.  I purchased a great manicure kit from Sephora a few years ago and kept the pieces that work best for me (similar available here ). I'll grab my cuticle nipper to gently clip away at any hang nails that might have after I've pushed back my cuticles. Nail Shaping Once my cuticles are taken care of I'll turn my attention to trimming and shaping my nails if need be. For years, I used to store all of my files and important documents in file boxes - and while it was a great file organization system, it did take up quite a footprint on my desk space in my home office. That system wasn't working for me anymore, and I began thinking about building my own file drawer. This was the best decision I made because I didn't have to bear the expense of buying a filing cabinet (I put this together for under $30) and it freed up some much needed desk space for work and other essential surface needs. To create your own file drawer, you'll need: An empty drawer (obviously) A hanging file frame Hanging and interior files A label maker (if you feel like it) And here's how to do it: Measure the drawer you plan to use to make sure it can fit a hanging file frame. One of my favorite YouTubers is Jaclyn Hill, who just created the Ride or Die tag. The goal is to name the makeup products that you can't live without. It was quite a challenge to pair down my makeup collection to the products I love the most, but when I really thought about it, these are the products that never ever fail me.
